Pick by the job, not by the model number

A plain guide to picking the right truck from China and knowing exactly what you are buying: the machine types, the questions buyers ask before wiring money, and what a proper line-item quote should look like.

Before you order

What buyers ask before they place an order

What is the MOQ for a first order?

One machine is a normal starting point. First containers are usually mixed — several models in one shipment — so you can test which sells before committing to volume.

How long does production take?

Stock models ship as soon as the current batch is confirmed; anything with a changed mast, battery or attachment goes into the build queue and the lead time is written on the quote before you pay.

What payment terms do you work with?

Standard terms are telegraphic transfer with a deposit before production and the balance against the bill of lading. Other arrangements can be discussed once the specification is fixed.

Can I audit the factory before ordering?

Yes. The plant is in Taizhou, Jiangsu. Book a date and you can walk the assembly line and inspection bay, and check the manufacturing licence and type-test certificates on site against the machine you plan to buy.

Which documents come with the shipment?

CE technical file, declaration of conformity, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and operator manuals. Battery transport documentation is prepared with the consignment.

Do you ship spare parts after the sale?

Wearing parts are stocked at the plant and shipped by courier. Serial-numbered inspection records are kept, so we can identify exactly what is on your machine.

Can you build to my specification?

Fork length, fork spread, mast height, battery capacity and attachments are routine changes. Send drawings or photos and we confirm what is possible, the cost difference and the effect on lead time.

How do I compare two Chinese quotes fairly?

Prices differ because configurations differ. Ask each supplier for the same line items — capacity, lift height, mast type, battery, charger, attachment, terms — then compare the total landed cost, not the unit price.

How many machines fit in a container?

It depends on mast height and whether the machines are knocked down. We work out the loading plan for the models you choose and send it with the quote, so freight per unit is clear before you commit.
