Matching forks to your pallets

Pallet trucks and stackers are specified by pallet size. Worui forks adjust between 550 and 685 mm outer width, with 1,100 mm standard fork length, covering the pallets below.

Entry direction, pallet height, fork outer width and mast type are confirmed before the order is placed. Non-standard pallets are handled by custom fork length and width.

Frequently asked questions

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Our own plant in Gaogang, Taizhou. Cutting, welding, assembly and testing are all done here, and every truck is built by us.

How do I choose the lift height?

Take the top rack level and add 200 mm clearance. Each series offers 1.6 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 / 3.5 m mast options.

What should I check for doorways and containers?

Check the overall height at full lift on the mast chart for the model. A 3 m mast with free lift is available for doorways and container work.

How is the battery specified?

The semi-electric CBS series runs on 12V/120Ah. The full-electric CDD and ZPD series run on 48V/20Ah x 4 or 24V/120Ah x 2, and LiFePO4 with opportunity charging is available.

Can you change the forks for our pallets?

Yes. Fork length, fork outer width, mast type, battery and colour are all set per order, from one unit, and we build to your drawings and private labels.

How fast do standard models ship?

Standard models are held in stock and dispatched within 24 hours.

How long is the warranty?

Twelve months on the truck, with common wear parts and spares kept in stock.

How are export orders configured?

Voltage, plugs, pallet size and nameplates are set for the destination country. CE, UKCA and EAC documentation is provided; HS code 8427109000.
